What are the ingredients used?
The ingredients for each product can be found listed on the product page and on the label of each packet. All broths are frozen to retain its freshness and maximum flavor.
What is the expiry date?
The expiry date can be found on each pack. Thawed broths need to be kept chilled and consume within two (2) days. DO NOT REFREEZE ANY THAWED STOCKS.
Are there any MSG, preservatives, sugar or salt added?
Our broths are free from Monosodium glutamate (MSG), preservative, salt, sugar and coloring. The sweetness of the broths derived purely from the ingredients.
How do I defrost the frozen broth?
Cut open the packaging and place the frozen broth directly into a pot. Allow it to thaw completely over medium heat.
Do I need to add water to the broth?
As there are no seasonings added to the broth, there is no need to add water as this will dilute its taste.
Can I amend or cancel my order after payment?
All products sold are non- refundable and non- exchangeable. No further changes can be made once order has been placed. If you would like to add on items after you had made a purchase, kindly WhatsApp 8866 8431.
When can I receive my order?
We deliver on Thursday, Friday evenings (5pm to 9pm). You may select the preferred delivery date upon checking out. We are unable to advise on the exact time of delivery.
What if no one is present during the delivery?
We will always send a text message at least 1 day prior to the delivery arrangement. Please ensure that there is someone present on the expected delivery date. Items will be left at the doorstep if no one is present. We are not liable for any loss or the compromise in our products quality. We seek for your understanding on this. Do place frozen broths in the freezer immediately once someone is back. In the event that the stocks are 50% thawed, please place it in the refrigerator and consume it within two (2) days. DO NOT REFREEZE IT. No refund will be given.
Am I able to do self- collection?
Self- collection option is unavailable at the moment.
Can my orders be delivered to multiple locations?
Each order is only for one (1) location. If you would like to have it deliver to multiple locations, please separate the orders.
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer free delivery for orders above $70.
For orders below $70, there is a $15 delivery fee.
We do not deliver to Tuas and Jurong Island. There will be an additional surcharge of $5 for delivery to Sentosa island.
